How the Internet Works?

  • The Internet has servers which is a storage for information and allow it to be shared by others or simply make them public.
  • They also have browsers where a user are able to access the World Wide Web.
  • An IP address is what makes the Internet works. Each server has its own unique IP Address and no two computers have the same.
  • Due to a complicated IP Address that has several numbers which are seperated by dots, each has their own URL (Universal Resource Locator).
  • There are "crawlers" who find what one user is looking for. They base a document or page on the relevance of the question asked and how useful or useless the information on the page or document.
  • They also base it on the popularity of the document or page.
